Stewarding are the staff who are responsible to maintain an establishments kitchen and surrounding areas and keeping them clean & tidy. The Major duties include creating and maintaining a in cleaning the kitchen, washing all the utensils, cleaning the stoves, ovens, pots, pans, grills and refrigerators and washing dishes, glasses and cutlery.
